Write 5 pages with APA style on Social Constructivism, Symbolic interactionism, and Structuralism.

In effect, the meaning and power attached to language and communication are the means that we as individuals have to understand the world around us. This is the reason why the term social constructivism has been used because this is what determines how various phenomena are socially constructed and understood. For example, the definition of the word “war” maybe one thing, but the manner in which a war is interpreted may be different in different parts of the globe depending upon the experiences that people have had with it and their understanding of the phenomenon.

Applying this in the context of student behavior, for example, it may be noted that the term “aggression” would not be something that is explained by social variables. rather the aggression itself would be equivalent to a social construct. A student’s personality and behavior would be explained by the specific meaning that “aggression” has in a particular context. The social context plays an important role in determining student behavior and their approach to learning. For example, Hamilton and Krashen (2006) point out the theory behind bilingual education, i.e, that students can be taught academic subjects in their native language, while they simultaneously learn English at a much slower pace. thereby helping them to prevent them falling back in their academic progress while learning English. Nonnative English speakers are likely to make better progress in learning English are likely to make better progress if they are taught academic concepts in their own language and social context which is more comprehensible to them and then transfer to English, rather than learning straight away in English which is an alien context for them to operate, where the meaning will be obscure.

Symbolic interactionism is an important theory that has been advocated in the context of social constructivism and its association with learning.

Healthcare Reform

Healthcare Reform

Healthcare reform is a timely, highly debated issue. The part of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that identifies employer responsibilities in relation to care intends to provide individuals with better control over how their healthcare dollars are spent and provide care to more Americans. However, the question whether this will be accomplished, as well as the burden the law puts on employers, is greatly debated.

In this assignment, you will explore healthcare reform as it pertains to employers.

Tasks:

Research the part of healthcare reform (included in the ACA) that directly impacts employers, including a review of the actual act. Additional resources may include legal opinions available on the Internet or perspectives of human resource (HR) professionals or organizations. You can also use the Argosy University online library resources in your research.

Write a 3–5-page paper analyzing the law, including changes that will be required by employers in the future, on the basis of the current law. Include an assessment of the pros and cons of the current law. Discuss any modifications you suggest. Support your research and analysis with reference to scholarly resources in the APA format.

write an article on What Are the Implied Contracts.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on What Are the Implied Contracts. It needs to be at least 250 words. The determining factors for implied contracts include the conduct of the parties involved in the contract and the level of trust that exists between the parties. Showing the intention to pay the sum also plays a decisive role in implied contracts. As in our case, McDougal did not say even a single word and just waved his hand at Krunch, which showed his intention to pay later. Trust and expectation play a vital role in implied contracts. Implied contracts are made on the basis of reason, understanding, and tradition.

Silence can be treated as an act of acceptance but in very rare cases. In the case of trustworthy relationships, acceptance does not need to be communicated to the other person in order to be effective. For example, in the case of implied contracts, silence is used as a gesture for acceptance that is based on the factors of trust and confidence in the other party. However, in all other forms of contracts, there must be an agreement between the parties regarding consideration of silence as acceptance because, without any such agreement, silence can never be considered as an acceptance of the other party does not intend to accept any specific contract.
