I need help with a discussion question. I have posted it below, it only needs to be half of a page long and APA formated. If you think you can help me please let me know.

A brief description of a state law regarding juvenile transfer to adult criminal court from your own state or country. Then, explain whether the defendant in the case, in your state, would be transferred and why or why not. Finally, explain whether any forensic assessment might be necessary and why or why not.

Note: Put the state whose law you researched in the first line of your post.
