Philosophy of Punishment ADP Methodological Approach Project

I need assistance in researching and writing a Chapter III Methodology report on my ADP.  My  research is based on this

subject:  HOW THE PHILOSOPHY OF PUNISHMENT IMPACTS CORRECTIONS OFFICERS USE OF FORCE TRAINING

The paper will be more than 5 to 10 pages (I underestimated) and some charts and data will be necessary to go along with the methodological research. The goal is to design a tentative plan to train correctional officers with the philosophy of punishment included. If you are familiar with dissertation and ADP research, this is for the 3rd chapter. Potential training program to reduce use of force in corrections.
