In order to fully explore the functions of the OMB, analyze the powers of this office. Be certain to include the following:  What are its mandates? Compare and contrast the procedures and      responsibilities of the OMB with the CBO. Include how these federal offices affect your selected      department or governmental entity in your evaluation.
