During this course, we have covered many topics that play a part in being a healthcare professional. They have ranged from learning how to listen to what patients and colleagues are really saying to how to deal with anger and communicate efficiently. Share with your colleagues what new knowledge most resonated with you and why and how you hope to use this knowledge in the future.

What stuck with me the most was the creative and critical thinking techniques to cope with stress. This has stuck with me because I tend to think of stress as something bad and that nothing good comes from it, but having a small amount of stress can drive someone to get things done. I tend to shut down or panic when in stressful situations and now I know there are better ways to cope with stress. In my future endeavors I plan to use these techniques and make the best out of my situations, and move forward and get things accomplished, especially if I plan to take on another leadership role.
