The Management textbook describes three different types of leadership theories: early, contingency, and contemporary. Which of these leadership theories is the most complementary with your view of leadership and its place in management? Explain and support your answer.

The business world today continues to become more globalized, and most managers will find themselves working with at least one team member from a different culture. What are the factors a manager must consider when attempting to lead a team that includes members from other cultures? Do these factors differ, depending on the cultures represented on the team? Why or why not?
