Planning

Write a report on the planning you think Carla should do for her business.  What do you think should be her strategic planning and her tactical planning.  How can she use SWOT Analysis?  How will planning help Carla? What is the importance of mission and vision statements?

For these assignments you must be specific.  The questions above are only starter questions.  Go beyond them.  Demonstrate in your paper what you have been learning about management.  You must also do some research and you must cite your references.  Additionally, now is a good time to go to the Modules tab and read “What makes an A paper” and “Plagiarism”.
