Identify an existing strategic plan developed by a public sector agency, non-profit, or private firm. (SELECTED St.Jude) This may be drawn from their own organization’s strategic plan, or one selected by the team from any existing organization. Conduct research on the organization’s current macro and immediate operating environment. Carry out the following tasks: Critique the current strategic plan based on several criteria, including: the quality of the MVVO, whether strategies are appropriately aligned to the MVVO, the existence of metrics that monitor the plan’s success. Evaluate which if any of the existing strategic plan components may be impacted by emerging factors and forces in the external environment (macro or operating) Recommend how the plan may need to be modified in light of environmental changes PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK, ANY CORRECTIONS (IF NEEDED ) AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IN THE FILE ATTACHED.
