Review chapters 8 and 9 in Strategic Management and Organisational Dynamics, focusing on pages 200–201.
Try to identify any “basic” and/or “fundamental” rules that seem to guide behavior in your industry. What are they? Why do you think they are the most fundamental rules? How do they differ from rules in other industries? What are the implications of your thoughts?
