Create a clinical scenario inspired by your professional, practicum, or personal experience in which you describe a situation where the care provided to a patient by a healthcare worker obviously lacked cultural competency. Identify at least two areas that could have been improved with cultural competency skills and provide recommendations to prevent future offenses.
