Discussion Forum Topic for week 15: Who won the Cold War? And what are now (2015) perhaps the greatest implications of those past decades? Should the U.S. change its doctrine, should we stay a course, or should we completely back off from the world policing? Use research.

The format for the forum:

You may choose to write in MLA, APA or Chicago for all our writing assignments in this class (discussions and essays). MLA is the most common and known to students. If you don’t know other writing styles and formats – just stick to MLA.
