Visit the Kaplan Library: Limit your search results to the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Do a search for the word “staff” within the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Your search should return a number of articles. Review the titles to find a topic that is of interest to you. Read the article. Then in your Discussion Board post, do the following: Briefly discuss the intervention and how it was used to change the behavior of the staff. Identify if the intervention was effective, and if so, to what degree. Discuss how you could see using this intervention with a completely different population (i.e., students, your children, family members, clients with exceptional needs, etc…).
