B.GIFTS & STRENGTHS: Why the pursuit of this goal will most effectively use my inherent gifts and strengths of my character? Which new worthy character traits it will help me to develop? Provide solid, convincing reasons in support of your answer.

C.IMPACT & INFLUENCE: How and in which specific ways will the accomplishment of this goal benefit my immediate circles of influence, my loved ones and the wider community? Provide solid, convincing reasons in support of your answer.

D.MORAL PRINCIPLES/VALUES: Which moral principles/values does this chosen goal reflect? Provide solid, convincing reasons in support of your answer.

METHOD & CRITERIA

1.To make sure that you select truly worthy goals, imagine that you have only one or two years to live.

2.Do not try to impress the teacher or your classmates. Be real, truthful, humble, open and be prepared to be vulnerable.

3.At the same time, be courageous and dare to set the highest possible goals.

4.Overcome your fears and be prepared to process (and if necessary share) your past traumas which might inhibit you from reaching your potential.

5.Your 10 to 15 minute class presentation should be accompanied by a thoughtfully and creatively designed PowerPoint presentation.

6.Your 4-5 pages, single spaced Bucket List philosophy paper should be written following the standards set out in the handout “Writing the Philosophy Paper”.
